Todo lo que necesitas para preparar este sabroso plato es nuestra harina genfo, mantequilla clarificada, berbere y bíceps fuertes; hay que revolverlo mucho. Nos encanta tomar nuestro genfo con una buena taza de té especiado.

I purchased mitin shiro and genfo from redfox spices in November. I cannot stop eating the shiro ever since. It’s is by far the best shiro ever. I am not used to buying shiro, I always get it from family, but decided to give it a try. I’m never going back. The Genfo is the best as well. It’s very smooth and doesn’t need a lot of cooking time.
