Red Fox Spices strives to provide you with authentic heirloom Ethiopian spice blends in every product that we offer. With this, we undertake careful inspection of all our products from its production to shipment. It is our hope you love the spices you purchase from us.
While we do not provide any express warranty on any of our products which are sold on an “as-is and as-available” basis, we encourage you to inspect the product upon receipt, and notify us promptly should you find any damage in the product or in its packaging; or have received the wrong item.
Request for Return
To request for return, you can contact us at info@redfoxspice.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Please let us know your reason for the return so we can learn from it and ensure that it does not happen again to you, or to any of our customers.
In which case, we give you seven (7) days after the receipt of the product within which you may request for a return of the product you purchased.
To qualify for return you are required to:
- Provide a report of said damaged product or its packaging, or wrong item to info@redfoxspices.com,
- Attach thereto a photo/video of the product for return, and
- A proof of product purchase from Red Fox Spices.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your report, and let you know if your request for return is accepted.
Once accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without an approved request for return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of any opened products because of our food safety and sanitary protocols. We cannot accept any product which is in less than like-new or unopened/unconsumed condition and in its original packaging, or in the condition in which you received the product.
If the request for return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Red Fox Spices cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
