Berbere: el verdadero OG de las mezclas de especias etíopes.

El nuestro comienza con ají que obtenemos de una granja familiar en Fenote Selam, Etiopía. Luego agregamos korerima, ajo, chalotes, jengibre, semillas de nigella y otros aromáticos. Luego todo se seca al sol y se muele a la perfección. El resultado es una mezcla equilibrada, terrosa, compleja, cálida pero sin rebosar de calor, y de un hermoso color rojo anaranjado intenso. Nuestro berebere se prepara con una receta transmitida de generación en generación con métodos probados en el tiempo.

Berbere es un condimento versátil. Úselo para hacer salsas y sopas... adobos y asados... ¡y mucho más!

Idea de receta: brochetas de pollo Awaze

Una mezcla de chiles (zala berbere), cardamomo etíope (korerima), ajo (nech shinkurt), chalotes (ye abesha shinkurt), jengibre (zingibil), semillas de Nijella (tiqur azmud), hierba del obispo (netch azmud), santo etíope. albahaca (bessobela), semillas de fenogreco (abish), ruda (tenadam), sal (masticable)

It has amazing flavor and that was what I was looking for. These days when you purchase many of the Ethiopian spices, they no longer have the original flavors I am used to and Red Fax spices has given me the original flavors of Ethiopia. Thank you!

Berbère, Mitten, & Kolo

I purchased Berbère, Mitten, & Kolo. The aroma of the Berbère took over my kitchen when I opened it, and it was delicious. I tried the mitten Shiro without adding anything else to get its flavor and thought it lacked something, so I gave it a four-star review, But, I tried it again and it was delicious & I upgraded my review to a five-star. Kolo is one of my favorites snacks and it didn’t disappoint! It was fresh, crunchy, & has perfect ratio of ingredients (barely, chickpeas, safflower seeds, & peanuts).
