The ingredient preparation and packaging is wonderful. I really appreciate how the injera was vacuum sealed with a food safe moisture absorber! The instructions are clear, and the quality of the ingredients is also good. I got the injera, ater kik wat, and misir wat. The mildness and spiciness were a great combo.

You are not going to believe me, but we took them out today after a week. Loved the packaging and that it is one injera bundle. Heated it up to fresh injera and enjoyed it. What an innovative way to keep injera fresh.

I’m so glad we found Red Fox Spices. My family is excited to finally be able (or at least attempt) to cook Ethiopian recipes. We used to live in an urban area with a ton of excellent Ethiopian restaurants but then moved to a rural area with absolutely no chance to find the spices we’d need to try and replicate our favorite recipes at home. Not only was it easy to order through Red Fox Spices, but they even included a very sweet hand-written card as well.
