And my fellow Ethiopians: you know that smell that every store bought Injera has when you warm it up and the odor engulfs your microwave and house ? ( I know you know what I mean 🤣) which is one of the reasons I prefer to eat injera out instead of having to smell that 🥴

I've collected Ethiopian spices individually but this is great for gifts, having spices handy for camping or visiting friends. The qibbeh is fantastic for making vegan butter infused with amazingness for all the wats. =)

Absolutely blown away by this injera. I still can’t believe how fresh and perfectly soft it arrived, all the way from Addis to California. The tang, the texture, the softness - everything was spot on. It had that unbeatable back home injera taste, with a light, airy feel that’s so hard to find.

The ingredient preparation and packaging is wonderful. I really appreciate how the injera was vacuum sealed with a food safe moisture absorber! The instructions are clear, and the quality of the ingredients is also good. I got the injera, ater kik wat, and misir wat. The mildness and spiciness were a great combo.

You are not going to believe me, but we took them out today after a week. Loved the packaging and that it is one injera bundle. Heated it up to fresh injera and enjoyed it. What an innovative way to keep injera fresh.

Super fresh blend of spices like chili, garlic that can flavor any meat or vegetable. This blend can build up its heat for a fiery kick. A must try if you haven't!
