Everything for an Ethiopian table. Just add water.
Set a full Ethiopian table in minutes. The Table Bundle brings together our two Peak Preserved™ stews and both of our injera, so you have something to scoop with and something to scoop.
What's in the bundle
- Misir Wat: Ethiopian Red Lentil Stew (3 oz, 2 servings)
- Ater Kik: Ethiopian Turmeric-Spiced Yellow Split Pea Stew (3 oz, 2 servings)
- 1 Ivory Injera, 100% teff, naturally fermented
- 1 Brown Injera, 100% teff, naturally fermented
The bundle includes 2 injera in total, one Ivory and one Brown, a taste of both. Need more injera for a crowd? Our full injera packs are available separately.
The stews are freeze-dried to capture their flavor, aroma and warmth. Made with avocado oil. Plant-based. No preservatives. No seed oils.
How to use
Prepare each stew with water (about 5 minutes). Line a platter with injera, spoon the stews alongside, then tear off a piece of injera and scoop. Eat with your hands, the Ethiopian way, and share from the same plate.

Good to know
What is the packet inside the stew pouch? An oxygen absorber (freshness sachet), a small white packet. It keeps the stew fresh in the pouch. Do not eat it. Take it out and throw it away before cooking.
Is it spicy? Misir Wat has a gentle berbere warmth, not a burn. Ater Kik is mild, with warm turmeric and ginger. For more heat, add a sliced jalapeno in the last minute of cooking.
